RETURN & REFUND POLICY

We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your order to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, the item must be unused, in the same condition that you received it, and in its original packaging. You will also need your receipt or proof of purchase.

Please do not return products to the address shown on the shipping package. The appropriate return instructions and return address will be provided by our customer support team after your return request has been approved.

Items returned without first contacting us may not be accepted.

DAMAGED, DEFECTIVE OR INCORRECT ITEMS

Please inspect your order when it arrives. If your item is damaged, defective, or you received the wrong product, contact us as soon as possible at vladpilipyak8@gmail.com.

Please include your order number and photos showing the issue so we can evaluate the problem and provide an appropriate solution.

NON-RETURNABLE ITEMS

Items that have been used, damaged after delivery, or are not in their original condition may not be eligible for return.

Please contact us if you have any questions regarding the eligibility of your item.

EXCHANGES

If you would like a different product or variant, please contact us first. Depending on the circumstances, we may arrange an exchange or ask you to return the original item and place a new order.

EUROPEAN UNION CUSTOMERS

If your order is delivered to the European Union, you may have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days in accordance with applicable consumer protection laws.

REFUNDS

Once your return has been received and inspected, we will notify you whether your refund has been approved.

If approved, the refund will be issued to your original payment method. Please allow your bank or credit card provider additional time to process and post the refund.
